Terms of Service

1. Overview

Alignext is an online appointment-booking platform for service businesses. These Terms govern your use of the service. References to "we", "us", or "Alignext" refer to the Alignext service operator. By creating an account or booking an appointment through Alignext, you agree to these Terms.

2. The service

Alignext lets businesses publish a booking page, manage appointments, staff and services, and communicate with their clients. Clients can book, reschedule and cancel appointments. We provide the software; the business you book with is responsible for the appointment itself and for its own conduct.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account, including team members you invite.
• You must be legally able to enter into these Terms and use the service lawfully.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service. In particular, you must not use Alignext to send spam or unsolicited marketing, upload unlawful content, infringe others' rights, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the platform, or import contact lists you do not have permission to use. Email sent through the platform is strictly transactional (booking confirmations, reminders, account notices) — not bulk marketing.

5. Plans and payment

Paid plans are billed in advance for the selected period. Usage above a plan's included limits may incur additional charges as shown at the time of purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

6. Your content and data

You retain ownership of the data you put into Alignext. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service (such as storing and sending booking communications). Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the service available and reliable, but it is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform maintenance and update features over time.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or unlawful use. On termination, you may export your data as described in the platform before deletion.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Alignext is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim.
