For a clinic the first question is not features, it is custody. Alignext runs in EU data centres, encrypts data in transit and at rest, restricts staff access by role and writes an audit log of every action. A data processing agreement is available for every account: the practice stays the controller, Alignext is the processor.
Patients see only the public booking page. What happens inside the clinic account is visible only to the people you grant access, at the level you grant it. The details are written down in our privacy policy.
